SPRINGFIELD, Vt. -- The technicians at Springfield Auto Mart have found some weird things stuck under car hoods before, but nothing as unusual as what they found on Tuesday.
Curled up in an air filter was a little kitten.
The car owner had never seen the kitten before and suspected it got in there on a recent trip to Connecticut.
"I've found mice in there. That's pretty common. But finding a little kitten? That's nothing I ever expected to find," technician Jim Perry told Newschannel 5.
One of the employees gave the kitten to his daughter for her birthday.
