Why give publicity to these idiots?
ReplyDeleteLet's see if this alleged motorist receives the same penalty as the State Police Trooper that did the exact same violation last year, on the same stretch of road. We'll be watching Robert Sand to see just how evenly you dole out justice.
ReplyDeleteThat trooper got twice as high a fine as any other person would have gotten - it was well over $1000. In addition, he got a good old fashioned public berating - and continues to receive one, as evidenced by your remark.
ReplyDeleteGet your facts straight. The trooper in question was never charged with Gross Negligent Operation or the corresponding license points. Had he been, he would have lost his CDL and been unable to perform his job. The fine he received was far less then a lawyer would have changed to defend him from those charges.
ReplyDeletePeople that drive with negligence and carelessness
ReplyDeleteshould not have the privilege to a drivers license. Not only do they put their own lives in danger but they also can take the lives of innocent people.
you need a CDL to be a cop?
ReplyDeletehmmmm....
Does jail time ever occur to people here? What's wrong with all of you? If someone is driving 132mph, they need to be in JAIL, not fined, not stripped of a license, not anything but in jail.
