  1. Looking at the complete incineration of the structure, How much worse could it have been if the fire dept never responded? The residents should have just formed a bucket brigade themselves.

  2. What really happened!! That wing of the motel had been infested with bed bugs for 3 years, and getting worse, after numerous attempts to get rid of them the owner burned it down!! Here is how it was done! Owner would turn the boiler off!so people would get cold! also he conviently left old electric heaters that sat out in the weather by the garage, knowing some fool would try to use them!!And guess what ,someone did!! Now if you looked into it you will find that some tenants were not paying rent because of the bed bugs!!It was no accident and further more the other wing will burn soon!! the boiler room does not have sufficient exaust! it is extremely hot at all times!! so that wing will burn soon!! I do not have time to prove it, but the proof is there if someone were smart enough to put 2 and 2 together!!

  3. Ask the owner if he would take a lie detector test! Ask him if he knew anything about the fire!! I know he would fail!!But I will bet he will refuse any lie detector!!
One would think if it was suspicious they would test him!!!He made out with $500,000 dollars nice little plan!! One day you will be caught with your flunky business way's!!
