Police believe a Claremont, N.H., man is responsible for a series of privacy violation cases in Vermont and New Hampshire.
Mark Squires, 52, of Claremont, turned himself into police on July 28, police said.
Squires was involved in an incident on July 14 at the KMart in Claremont where he is suspected of having reached under a women’s dressing room door with a camera.
Squires is free on $5,000 bail. He’s due to be arraigned in September.
Police believe Squires is a person of interest in other privacy cases. They involve an incident at the Hannaford’s Supermarket in Claremont in 2011, and a similar incident in Springfield, Vt.
Anyone with information on similar cases is asked to call Claremont police at 603-542-9538.
