SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date a motor vehicle stop was performed on a vehicle for having defective equipment. After speaking with the male, a consent search was granted. During the search of the vehicle heroin was allegedly located in the glove box.
A Citation was issued to appear in Windsor Criminal Court on 04/01/14 to answer to the charge.
