Sting sales send crack seller to jail

A Springfield man is heading to jail for selling crack cocaine.

  1. Aviles was arraigned last June, and plead on February 15th? where was he in between those dates?

    Bob Lombard, unless he was at risk for flight, he wouldn't have been held for bail. So, he could have been at liberty. Or he might have been held for bail and posted bond, thus being at liberty. Or he might have been held for lack of bail and been in jail all this time, in which case had he gone to trial and been found guilty, the time spent in jail would have been deducted from the jail time imposed at sentencing. If he'd been held for lack of bail and found innocent, I have no idea what would be done about the time he'd spent in jail.
