To the editors: MSJ will be participating in the one-act regional festival at Springfield High School on March 22, and will do a public performance of the play at MSJ on the following Tuesday, March 25th. I have submitted the appropriate information to your calendar page, along with a picture. But just in case it would be useful to you, here are two photos with the students identified as well. Thanks. Published March 22, 2014 in the Rutland Herald Festival celebrates craft of one-act drama STAFF REPORT Springfield High School’s theater department will host a regional one-act drama festival today. The festival, “Theater in Wonderland,” will host six high schools. Schools performing include Springfield High School, Green Mountain Union High School, Whitcomb High School, Mount St. Joseph Academy, Thetford High School and South Burlington High School. The performances are separated into three blocks. Each block will cost $3 to attend while a day pass for all three blocks is $6. Once performances have started for the scheduled block, no one may enter. The scheduled performances and times are: Block one — 10:30 a.m. to noon — Springfield and Green Mountain. Block two — 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. — Whitcomb and Theftford. Block three — 6:15 – 8 p.m. — Mount St. Joseph and South Burlington.
