New charges pressed for Springfield couple

New charges have been filed against a Springfield couple who were already implicated in serious drug charges earlier this year.

  2. Jesse and Eugenia Emerson are perfect examples as to why the judicial system needs to be elected and not appointed.
    Their children need to be taken away and given to someone who doesn't know the Emersons so the kids can hopefully get a real upbringing without their influence.

  3. Our judicial system is absolutely disgusting and I don't know any other way to phrase it. I agree with the prior commentor that if we, the people could elect judges, we might get a much more responsive justice system.

  5. This is such a sad fall for these people. Anyone who knows them can honestly say Jesse was way better before he Eugenia. Drugs ruin people. Jesse used to an amazing father. I just want people to realize that.

      Spend a day in an oncology ward witnessing a young family's gut wrenching grief over a child. The world would be much better place without these Emersons and other such losers on it.
