1,100 bags of heroin seized on I-91

State police seized nearly $30,000 worth of heroin after stopping a car for a registration violation on Interstate 91 in Springfield early last week.

  3. Humm...We can't slap ya (that is illegal as all h3ll), we can't spank ya, (you would take us to court (some other Judge than Carroll)), so what to do what to do. How about community service, no that is cruel also...Humm
