Cecilia Fitzgerald, 47, was arrested at about 2:20 a.m., Sunday and charged with excessive speed, Vermont State Police officials said. Fitzgerald was clocked traveling 109 miles an hour in the town of Springfield, police said. She was arrested and brought to the Springfield Police Department for booking. She was released with a citation to appear at the Windsor County Criminal Court, police said.
Speed limit for those MA, CT, RI, NJ and NY license plates HEADED SOUTH should be increased. Faster they are out of the state the better.
