Accused drug dealer, missing 16 months, arrested

A convicted New Jersey drug dealer who failed to show up for his Vermont arraignment on new drug charges in February 2015 was arrested during a traffic stop Monday in Springfield.

  3. Stronger laws instead of handslap,fines and rehab are what is needed. LOOK if you are a user, an addict, when you are arrested for a drug crime, not unlike driving drunk, you sgould have mandatory testing. Then and only then can we weed out the people who are using the excuse "oh I did it because im addicted" from the real criminals AND most importantly...if you are caught carrying large amounts...you will get maximum srntences and spend a good time in prison.
