The Springfield Senior Center has booked Mark Shelton, Famous Elvis Impersonator and performer, to come to the Springfield Senior Center on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 1 p.m.The performance is free to everyone who joins us, although, if you would like to donate toward future entertainment at the senior center, we will gladly accept those. Make sure not to miss this performance as it’s sure to be one of the best ones we’ve had in a while.
As we are expecting this to be a very full show, the doors will open at 12:15 p.m. for ACTIVE SPRINGFIELD SENIOR CENTER MEMBERS ONLY. At 12:45 p.m., the doors for non-active members will open up with the remaining seats available. We only have a certain amount of seats so, it is a first-come, first-serve basis for the show, with a priority going to ACTIVE members. If you have a question as to whether or not you are an active member, please call the center today, we have a full list of the 2017 Active Members and will be checking on the day of the performance.
Also, please keep in mind that there is limited parking spots at our senior center. If it’s possible, please carpool with your friends and family to make sure we use our parking spots as efficiently as possible.
Join the Springfield Senior Center next year on a Cruise to Bermuda, we will be sailing with Norwegian Cruise Lines. The date of the trip is Sept. 8 to Sept. 15. We will be shipping out from Boston — the price, per person/ double occupancy is as follows: Interior Cabin —$1,212.51; Ocean View Cabin — $1,557.51 or Balcony Cabin — $1,902.51. We only have a select few rooms so, if you’re interested in joining in on the cruise, please call ASAP!
The prices are all-inclusive, including taxes, trip insurance, transportation to and from the Springfield Senior Center and port fees. You will also be eligible for two special packages for booking on our group trip. The choices for these packages are as follows: Ultimate Beverage Package, Prepaid Service Charges, Internet Package, $50 per port shore credit (per cabin), Dining Package, $75 on-board cabin credit or 20-Photo Package.
