SPRINGFIELD — Police and firefighters in Springfield responded on Thursday morning, July 6 to the scene of a two-vehicle collision on Route 11 / Chester Road in Springfield.
A Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles emergency response unit, and a unit with the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) was also at the scene at approximately 9:30 a.m. A blue sedan and a flatbed tractor-trailer appear to have collided.
Officers with the Springfield Police Department have reduced vehicular travel to one lane, as officials survey the scene.
