Springfield man awaiting trial in Massachusetts on heroin trafficking charge

A young Springfield man who is awaiting trial in Massachusetts on heroin trafficking and possession charges was allowed to continue on probation in Vermont this past week despite a violation that resulted in three days of jail time.

  1. should have his probation revoked and have to carry out his full sentence in VT,people will never learn,if you keep letting them get away with things

  2. Addiction may be a disease but selling it isn't. Lock him up.

    1. addiction isn't a disease,it's a choice

  3. They got ole sparky out of the closet. He should get a chance to a least look at it.
