2017-08-15 / Local Two area women were arrested this morning after I-91 traffic stop. Benware Benware Holmes Holmes Two Vermont women were arrested Monday after a traffic stop on 1-91 in Westminster. At 9:29 a.m., Cpl. Paul Dean of the Vermont State Police stopped Tasha Benware, 32, of Springfield, Vermont for a motor vehicle violation. Benware was subsequently arrested for driving with a suspended license. A passenger, Krystle Holmes, 32, of Rockingham, was subsequently arrested for giving false information to a police officer, that being a false name and date of birth. Holmes was also arrested for having an active arrest warrant for failure to appear for a sentence hearing stemming from criminal charges of false impersonation and false information to a police officer. Both were transported to the Westminster Barracks and both were released with citations to appear at the Vermont Superior Court —Windham Criminal Division. Benware was cited to appear on Sept. 26 to answer to the charge of driving while suspended. Holmes was cited to appear on Aug. 15 for the warrant and cited to appear on Sept. 26 for false information to a police officer.
