Video: $10,000 PCH Winner – Joanna Rothluebber


Joanna Rothluebber of Springfield, VT received a $10,000 Check from the Publishers Clearing House Prize Patrol on January 16th. She wasn't home to be surprised there but they managed to track her down at her workplace in Ludlow.
