A counselor who has offices in White River Junction and Springfield, has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a juvenile patient. Ronald S. Treem, 69, was released on conditions following his arraignment on ten felony charges in Windsor Superior Court this afternoon. Treem, who owns Kime Associates, which has offices in White River Junction and Springfield, Vt., allegedly sexually assaulted the girl, who was 15, during sessions in 2016.
There have been cases in past where the therapist involved, turned out to be innocent of charges. But, his career was destroyed by the publicity of the press, before it actually went to court. Seems like this is heading down that sensationalized path.
