NY Man stopped for driving 101 MPH

On April 30, 2018 at approximately 6:00 pm a member of the Vermont State Police preformed a motor vehicle stop for speeding on interstate 91 in the area of mile marker 43 in Springfield.

The vehicle involved was a blue 2007 Chrysler Town and Country and was being operated by David Dodge, 43 of Addison, New York. Dodge was traveling at approximately 101 mph and passing other vehicles on the interstate, it should be noted that it was also raining at this time. Dodge didn’t have a valid operator’s license nor was the vehicle insured, Dodge was issued a VCVC (traffic ticket) for his speed. Dodge was arrested and transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster barracks for processing. Dodge was issued a citation for Negligent Operation and Excessive Speed to appear in Windsor Criminal Court on June 19th.

    Sounds like he was going 10 mph over. Don't the signs say 91 on that 4 lane highway?
