Local writer, Anne Perreault, will be releasing her eighth book, “What If.” The book launch will include a short discussion session with the author about this work of contemporary Christian fiction, which addresses forgiveness and surrender. Perreault, who has lived and traveled all over the world, recently settled with her family in Springfield. Her background in is therapeutic riding instruction and education. Paperback books will be available for sale. Visual art will be represented by a display of small works of art by artists from Springfield and Chester. Artists Rebecca Tucker, Nancy Lanoue, Bryce Honeywell, Rick Hunter, and Kathy Giurtino will have a display of works done in a variety of media. The artists are part of a group that meets weekly in Chester. The art will be displayed throughout the month of September. Refreshments will be served.
