You can’t pick up a newspaper or go near a television without hearing leftists gush with praise for the late President George H.W. Bush. Who knew they felt this way?

Could It Be That George H.W. Bush Was Tied To Organized Crime And To Kennedy’s Assassination?
Date: October 24, 2007 - Author: Jackie Schenone
While denying knowledge of his whereabouts on November 22, 1963, the day that President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, a November 29, 1963 lawsuit memo proves that President George H. W. Bush was a member of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) at that time and was indeed a recipient of a full briefing on that day.
At the TomFlocco.com website you can see an actual photo of an individual circled that appears to prove that the former president was in Dallas on the day of JFK’s assassination and can apparently be verified by the intelligence operatives who took the picture and would testify if subpoenaed, according to U.S. intelligence expert Thomas Heneghan. Given this damning evidence how could anyone forget they were in Dallas on the day the President was shot, especially if they were in the group of officials looking for Lee Harvey Oswald? Additional evidence linking Bush directly to the scene of the crime is available.

He pardoned the Iran-Contra figures BEFORE they went to trial so that they couldn't call him, a sitting President, as a witness. Agent Orange has lawyers who know this....
ReplyDeleteThe only thing that prevented the impeachment of H.W. Bush was that he lost to Clinton. Congress had him (and Reagan) dead to rights on Iran-Contra by the summer of '92. Ah, the good old days, when Congress did its job.......
DeleteNonsense. Caspar Weinberger was the ONLY figure who had not gone on trial yet.
DeleteElliott Abrams and Alan Fiers had both pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of withholding information in return for immunity from further prosecution. Clair George had been found guilty on two counts of false statements to congressional committees, and Duane Clarridge's trial was in progress.
If you're going to discuss history, it would be wise to get your facts straight.
H.W. Bush's diaries provided the "smoking gun" of his and Reagan's intimate knowlege of, and complicity in, Iran-Contra. Although Bush did not release the diaries to the Indpendent Council until Dec. '92, the contents had leaked out over the summer. It was decided that since there was "little likelihood of getting a criminal conviction," and the election was going badly for Bush, articles of impeachment would not be drawn up, unless he won re-election. He didn't, and since he had pardoned everyone, the Clinton administration chose not to pursue the issue. On a personal note, I had an attorney at the time, who was heavily involved in the GOP, and who knew both Reagan and Bush. He breathed a sigh of relief when Bush lost to Clinton, saying "He needed to go, for the good of the party." THAT, I will never forget!
