Nobel Peace prize winners seek justice for war rape victims


Congolese doctor Denis Mukwege and Yazidi activist Nadia Murad, an ISIS sex slave survivor, were presented with the Nobel Peace Prize today, as they challenged the world to combat rape as a weapon of war.

The winners of Nobel prizes for medicine, physics, chemistry and economics also got their prizes today, in Stockholm. No Nobel literature winner was named this year due to, ironically, allegations of sexual abuse in the Swedish Academy, which chooses the winners.

    Hmmm....someone's name is conspicuously missing from the NPP Award.
