Town Meeting day vote results

  • $9.7 million town budget:
       Yes 993, No 810
  • $23.6 million school budget:
        Yes 891, No 915
  • $729,501 added school funding:
       Yes 728, No 1033
  • RVTC budget:
       Yes 1011, No 810
  • $6.5 million for Water System Improvement Project:
       Yes 1053, No 748
  • $2.7 million for Sewer Overflow Project:
       Yes 1070, No 729
  • Town Lister:
       Hawthorne - 624 , Dedrick - 266 , Lashua - 770
  • 2 School Board seats:
       Adnams - 1043, Coleman - 1202, Davis - 599
  • Selectboard (unopposed incumbents):
        Terri Benton - 1339, John Swanson - 1483
Moderator, one year, Patrick Ankuda; library trustee, three years, Alan Fusonie; trustee of public funds, three years, Mary Helen Hawthorne; cemetery commissioner, five years, Michael LaPlante; town agent, one year Stephen Ankuda; first constable, one year, Richard Ripchick.
All special appropriations Articles passed except Article 22 (NeighborWorks Home Ownership Center).
