Von Bargen's Jewelry store was broken into early Saturday morning.
In the early morning of November 5th, 2011, Von Bargen's Jewelry store located in the Springfield Shopping Plaza was burglarized. A single subject traveling on foot forcibly entered the store and stole a number of Belair watches. The burglar fled via the pedestrian footbridge, discarding items in his wake. The suspect has fair skin, a slender build, and is thought to be of shorter stature. An appreciable amount of vandalism was done during the burglary.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Sergeant Gregory Molgano of the Springfield Police Department. The Springfield Police would be particularly interested in speaking to anyone who may have witnessed suspicious pedestrian activity in the Pearl Street area on the morning of the burglary, as well as anyone who has knowledge of suspicious sales or trades of new watches in the local area.

No one could see this coming. Let's build another prison and move all state facilities here and probably we need some more affordable housing.
