SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 17, 2012 Officers responded up to the Gateway School located in Springfield, Vermont for the report of a 13yro male student who was swearing and being assaultive towards the principal. Upon arrival it was found that the student was punching the walls, and yelling vulgarity at the faculty. He calmed down after descalation techniques used by the officers and the faculty. He was later cited into family court in Windsor County for Disorderly Conduct.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 3, 2012 while traveling on RT 143 the Defendant drove past a Springfield Officer. The Defendant was known by the officer to be criminally suspended, therefore the subject was stopped, and arrested for DLS-C.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Ling Wang was operating a motor vehicle in excess of the posted speed limit and crossed over the double yellow lines making contact with victim who died as a result of impact.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Michael Descoteaux was arrested at his residence on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on 04-03-12 for an underlying Driving While Suspended charge. This was also a violation of his court ordered conditions of release in which he promised to appear in court when ordered to do so.

Possession of Marijuana

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: While investigating a disturbance at Casey's residence the odor of burn marijuana was detected by Cpl. Norton. His subsequent investigation revealed Casey was in possession of just under 1 ounce of suspected marijuana, some of which was packaged for sale, and a digital scale.
