The tenant at 9 Park St., Dennis Allen, 28, was issued a citation to appear in court for enabling the consumption of alcohol by a minor and violation of conditions of release. This new charge violated conditions of release issued by the court on a pending aggravated assault charge.

This isn't a man, this is the scum of the earth. How many more times do we need to read his name in these reports before action is taken.
ReplyDeleteThis p.o.s. is leading to the degradation of more and more young people in this town.
This individual continues to "violate conditions of release issued by the court on a pending aggravated asault charge". How come he's not being held at the prison? Why is he still allowed to be literally hanging out of his apartment corrupting our youth?
ReplyDeleteGood question, how is he making bail or is he being let out without bail?
DeleteDennis Allen again? When are we going to lock this scumbag up? He keeps screwing up and the police are seemingly afraid of him.
ReplyDeleteIsn't he the one the State's Attorney dropped charges on? Sounds like he's got something on someone. He needs to be locked up and have the key tossed - and it needs to happen quick!
DeleteHow are the police "seemingly" afraid of him if they keep arresting him?
DeleteMore to the point, who is it that keeps bailing him out?
Deletesounds like the states attorney is afraid.
DeleteHow are States Attorneys chosen, have been hearing some complaints about that office?
DeleteThey are elected. Maybe something to keep in mind during the next election, because ours doesn't seem to be doing us law abiding citizens any favors.
DeleteWho is the current States Attorney and who is running against him/her?
DeleteIs 9 Park Street the house with the black plastic on the porch? I wonder if the Town got those letters out that they promised.
ReplyDeletethats on union st.
Delete9 Park Street is the one next to Comtu Falls. Maybe they should dangle a bag of drugs off a power line and this fool will fall down to the joyous falls below trying to get the stash. Props to the property owner for renting to such outstanding youth of tomorrow, and our wonderful legal system for letting him back out on the streets month after month.
ReplyDeleteIs that the old kindle bowling place? Seems like it is about time to go after that landlord.
DeleteI thought that 9 Park St was above the hair cutting place on the other side of the bridge. That is where this Dennis Allen character lives.
DeleteYes it is, right up where the shooting occured.
