SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 23, 2012 an unidentified male subject called the police department and advised the dispatcher that there was a male subject named Christopher Robinson driving along RT 106 into town, who was intoxicated. The unidentified caller advised Robinson was in a blue Honda Prelude with possibly tinted windows. The vehicle was seen by an officer pulling from RT 106 onto RT 11, where it was stopped and Robinson was subsequently arrested for DUI.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 31, 2012 King went to her daughters in an effort to clean up all the cigarette butts on the ground so her grandchildren didn't have to play near them. She was irritate at this, so she went to confront the tenant she thought was leaving the butts on the ground. When she confronted Harris a disagreement led to King threatening Harris, and then and altercation between the two of them. King was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Simple Assault and Harris was cited for Simple Assault and Violation of Conditions of release.
