SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: The victim came into the police department and reported that she was in an altercation with Gonzalez. The victim advised that Gonzalez slapped her cheek, punched her in the mouth, and pushed her onto the floor. She advised that she bit his finger to get him to let go of her. The victim had a reddening cheek, a split lip, and a large egg on her forehead. Gonzalez advised it was a mutual frey. He had no injuries.
Gonzalez was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield in lieu of $2500.00 cash/surety and was arraigned

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Bruton was arrested following allegations of assault. Burton also reportedly did over $1000 in damage to the victim's vehicle. The victim's injuries from the assault did not require medical treatment. Burton required medical treatment for injuries sustained when he punched out a window of the residence. This all took place in front of the victim's 5 year old daughter. Burton was also found to have an active VT arrest warrant for Disorderly Conduct. Burton was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility on $1000 bail and was arraigned on 09-04-2012.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 30th, Officers were summoned to the Springfield Hospital for an assault victim. On arrival contact was made with th victim who stated that he was assaulted by Craig Batchelder. No serious injuries were reported by the victim.
Batchelder was issued a citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal court on 10-23-2012

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Scruton reportedly created a disturbance at the Irving truck stop, allegedly yelling obscenities and urinating on the sidewalk. He was found heavily intoxicated sitting in the driver's seat of his vehicle. One witness reported seeing his brake lights activate, while another witness reported seeing him drive out of a parking space.
Scruton was lodged at SSCF on $500 cash/surety and was arraigned on 09/10/12

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle disturbance at a residence on Main Street in N. Springfield. During the investigation Christifer MacPherson reported that Dennis Cobb had driven towards him causing Christifer to have to jump out of the way to avoid being struck. Dennis then struck Christifer's vehicle with his own causing damage to the front end of Christifer's vehicle and pushing it backwards approximately fifteen feet in the dirt driveway.
Cobb was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield $2500 cash/surety and was arraigned on 09-07-2012
