FEMA ruling may prove costly

A ruling this week by the Federal Emergency Management Agency could reduce considerably the federal assistance on tap for Vermont’s post-Irene recovery. Springfield's Rep. Alice Emmons said that regardless of the level of FEMA assistance, plans for the recovery will proceed unchanged.

    I was wonderin' why this ones been sitting here for awhile with no comments..
    Then I realized, alice edmons and fema where two things that NOBODY has ever seen around here either.
