VIOLATION: Minor Possessing Alcohol

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On Friday night November 23, 2012 at approximately 2330 hrs officers responded to the area of the NAPA auto parts store on Chester Road to check on two reported suspicious juveniles. On arrival officers found one juvenile passed out on the side of the road. Officers were unable to rouse this juvenile. A second juvenile was located walking away from the area. Officers found reason to believe the youths had been drinking. Due to the level of intoxication of both youths, they were transported to Springfield Hospital by ambulance to be checked out. The juvenile who was found passed out was treated for intoxication and a mild case of hypothermia and remained at the hospital for observation. The other youth was treated and released into the custody of a parent The two youths respective parents were notified and both youths were issued Juvenile Citations to appear in court at a later time to answer to the charges of Minors Possessing Alcohol.

DUI
ReplyDeleteOne night a police officer was staking out a particularly rowdy bar for possible DUI violations. At closing time, he saw a fellow stumble out of the bar, trip on the curb and try his keys on five different cars before he found his. The man sat in the front seat fumbling around with his keys for several minutes.
Meanwhile, all the other patrons left the bar and drove off. Finally he started his engine and began to pull away. The police officer was waiting for him. As soon as he pulled onto the street, the officer stopped him, read him his rights and administered the breathalyzer test to determine his blood-alcohol content.
The results showed a reading of 0.0.
The puzzled officer demanded to know how that could be. The driver replied, "Tonight I'm the designated decoy."
Plain or Glazed
ReplyDeleteA policeman pulls a man over for speeding and asks him to get out of the car.
After looking the man over he says, "Sir, I couldn't help but notice your eyes are bloodshot. Have you been drinking?"
The man gets really indignant and says, "Officer, I couldn't help but notice your eyes are glazed. Have you been eating doughnuts?"

A couple of kids in the South get pulled over for speeding. When the trooper approaches the car, the driver says 'What's the problem, sir?'.
The trooper takes out his machined aluminum flashlight and whacks the kid across the head saying 'You don't speak to a state trooper unless you're spoken to'.
The trooper writes out the citation and gives it to the driver who responds 'Thanks a lot'.
The trooper again gives the kid a dose of the flashlight and says 'When you address a state trooper, you finish your sentence with the word sir'.
He then walks over to the passenger side and whacks the other kid with the flashlight.
The kid says 'What was that for, sir?'
The trooper says 'I was just fulfilling your wish.
Y'all wouldn't have gotten 100 yards down this road before you'd have said to your friend, "I wish he'd have hit me with that flashlight", so I fulfilled your wish.'

He turned to the first cross-eyed suspect, and said, "What's your name?"
And the second cross-eyed suspect said, "I wasn't talking to you," and the third cross-eyed suspect said, "I didn't say anything."
Aunt's Pay
ReplyDeleteA young lady went to the dress shop where her aunt worked and picked up her aunt's pay.
On the way home she was robbed, so she called the police and said, "I just lost my aunt's pay."
The desk sargeant said , "Ouyay, Unnyfay!"
