On December 9, 2012 at about 1730 hours, officers responded to the Springfield Shopping Plaza for a report of a vehicle into a building. Investigation revealed that the vehicle allegedly operated by Turcio had struck a vehicle then traveled away from the scene before striking the Finn & Stone Insurance Agency building. Turcio was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 bail and was arraigned in Windsor District Court on Monday, December 10th on the above listed charges.
