Domestic assault

Andrew Deornellas
AGE: 45
Londonderry, VT

Deornellas allegedly assault a former female companion while meeting at Hoyt's Boat Landing and then allegedly fled the area. Deornellas was subsequently located and returned to Springfield PD for processing and was lodged at SSCF in lieu of $2,500.00 bail.



April 30, 2013

Burglary & Petit Larceny

Sharon Michaud
Age 23
Springfield VT

Michaud allegedly entered an unlocked residence and stole items. Some of the items were later recovered in Claremont, NH. Michaud was cited to appear to answer to the allegations at a later date.

Violation of Conditions of Release
Cruelty to Children under the age of 10 by One over 16

Kirby Patterson
AGE: 28
Springfield, Vermont

On April 29, 2013 Springfield Police Officers, with the assistance of Vermont State Police, allegedly located Kirby Patterson hiding inside of a residence that he was not suppose to be at according to his conditions of release. Due to certain circumstances, Patterson was also charged with alleged Cruelty to Children under 10 by one over 16. He was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $5,000.00 bail. Patterson appeared in court on April 30, 2013.

On April 29th, officers responded to a report of an altercation allegedly taking place between 3 women on Merrill St. All 3 were cited for their alleged actions and ordered to appear in Windsor Superior Court, Criminal Division on various dates.

Disorderly Conduct

Alicia Daniels

Springfield, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time Alicia Daniels was arrested after officers were called to investigate a disturbance at a residence on Olive Street. During her contact with the officers Alicia allegedly became loud and belligerent towards another subject on scene and refused requests to calm down and return to her apartment. Alicia was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility on $200 bail and a hold until sober.

Disorderly Conduct

Kruschkava Mann
AGE: 39
Springfield, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Kruschkava was issued a citation to appear for Disorderly Conduct after officers were called to an incident where she was alleged to have yelled, used profane language and kicked the victim in public on Stanley Road.

ARREST ON WARRANT

Arieanna Quinlan was arrested on a Windsor County Warrant for failing to appear in court on April 16th. Quinlan was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $2000 bail.

1st Degree Agg. Domestic Assault
Unlawful Mischief

A 17 year old male was processed for allegedly assaulting a household member and destroying property with the alleged use of a bat. He was issued a citation to appear the next day in court for arraignment.

Open Container in Public

David Laclair, 56, of Springfield was arrested and charged with allegedly possessing an open container of alcohol in public after officers responded to North Springfield for a report of a suspicious subject believed to be intoxicated, wandering thru driveways on Main St.

DUI
Driving While License Criminally Suspended

On 4-21-2013 The Vermont State Police aired a BOL (be on lookout) for a silver one ton Dodge truck with CT registration in the town of Chester. It was reported that the truck had turned onto Elm Street from VT RT 103 in the direction of VT RT 11. The reporting parties alleged a near collision with the truck and that the truck was operating erratically. An officer observed the truck traveling on Elm Street and then merge onto VT RT 11. The truck was stopped on VT RT 103 South of Green Mountain HS. The operator was identified as James Edgar of Wallingford, CT. Edgar was transported to the Rockingham State Police Barracks where he was processed for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

ARREST ON WARRANT

Seth Robinson was arrested on a Windsor County Warrant to answer to the charges of Counterfeiting and False Pretenses x2 . Robinson was subsequently lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $2500 bail.

Petit Larceny

A pocket book with contents valued at approximately $122 was reportedly stolen from a shopping cart at Shaw's supermarket on March 29th, 2013. Investigation revealed reason to believe that Holly Bates took the purse. Bates, who is currently incarcerated for lack of bail, was issued a citation to appear in court on May 14th.

12:30 hours

On 4-20-2013 Tony Jones, age 32, was stopped for a minor traffic offense. After a brief investigation it was alleged that Jones was under the influence of alcohol. Jones was processed and given a citation to appear in court for the charge of DUI.

Driving While License Suspended

David Harrison, Age 47, was arrested after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while his license was criminally suspended.

Harrison was cited to appear in court at a later date.
