Erin Chlebak won in the No. 1 singles, clipping Jessica Bruso 6-4, 6-2. Kylie Bellows outlasted Alex Reedy in the No. 2 singles slot 6-4, 7-5. Kiana Nelson did her part, taking care of Lylly Yakunovich 6-4. 6-0. Kendra Dana stopped Sherry Zheng 6-1, 6-2, and MSJ was short a player so Abby Garaffa won her match by forfeit. Springfield’s doubles team of Madyson Watson and Victoria Ruzzo had no problem, coasting past Nicole Bruso and Grace Giancola, 6-0, 6-0. The others double team of Sara Hebrada and Jen Anders topled Samantha Lynch and Savannah Fredette 6-1, 6-2. MSJ is at Otter Valley on Thursday.
