SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date an officer was conducting a motor vehicle stop on a NH registered vehicle for failing to use a turn signal. Upon making the stop at 59 Wall Street the rear passenger of the vehicle on the driver side got out and ran down the embankment. The occupants of the vehicle advised who the subject was that fled. After a search of the area a caller advised that a male subject was knocking on her door. Upon arrival in the area Officers located the subject in the front seat of a vehicle with the seat down in an attempts to hide, the vehicle was leaving a driveway. The subject was eventually charged with allegedly violating four sets of active conditions and resisting arrest.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Antonio Fermaintt was arrested on 1-91 North Bound near mile marker 42 for allegedly operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The initial complaint was from VSP Rockingham for a disabled vehicle at same location.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date an officer stopped to check on a vehicle parked at a closed business. Upon contact with the female operator they confirmed that she allegedly was under suspension to operate a motor vehicle in Vermont. While in the course of their investigation they learned that a male passenger allegedly gave a wrong name. The male gave the name of his brother due to him being in violation of his court conditions.
