Noooooooooo! He didn't show up! I can't believe it. This trust worthy upstanding member of the community has laughed at the court system. You know what disrespect of the Vermont Court system gets you, yep more conditions on release. Well I'm sure he's learned his lesson and is not not out selling drugs now.

  4. Maybe I don't understand enough about the justice system (which is quite likely), but why was this person released & allowed to return to NJ in the first place. According to their website, the SSCF (prison) campus includes modernized medical facilities with an infirmary for acute care, x-ray, dental and optometry services. He could have convalesced there and been held for bail there. Right?

    1. If they have all this medical equipment at the prison, why are they constantly at Springfield Hospital's Emergency Room? Why did they let him go? No sense in all this.

  5. These punks are making a laughing stock of not just the court system, but every law abiding person in this state. It is about time someone " PUT THE HAMMER DOWN HARD ON THESE PUNKS". Maybe a little vigilante justice is in order. Throw them all in a pile on the Vt, Mass border. Whiskey for my men, beer for their horses

  8. He'll be caught quickly. If he smokes crack...he may be on the run for a while. Run jo run!! He's probably hustling hard to accumulate bail $.

  9. He didn't make it to court because a) the family probably doesn't have the wherewithal to request a proper court continuation, b) can't afford to make the trip back up to VT and stay, c) last time her was here he got shot and doesn't want to be near friends of his attacker and d) he knows he'll eventually be pegged with something, so why not just force the court/police foot the bill and pick him up. People don't sell hard drugs for the glamour (unless they've been fooled by the likes of Scarface and Notorious B.I.G.). Most drug dealers don't make much more than minimum wage. Think about how sad it is that a person has little other option but to take up a profession where it's likely you end your career by getting shot at 20-years-old. By all means we should hold people accountable for their actions, but we should also understand that the terrible/painful decisions people make are often made out of desperation and lack of other options or opportunity. He's not laughing it up or living high on the hog down in NJ, his life sucks and he knows it.
