Twin State Psychological Services is pleased to announce that Dr. Richard Root, Board Certified Clinical Psychologist, has completed 10 years of service as a member of the Vermont Board of Psychological Examiners.
Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin and Secretary of State James Condo recently thanked and honored Dr. Root for his service on the board, of which he served as chair for several years. Dr. Root is on the medical staff at Valley Regional and Springfield Hospitals. He lives with his wife, Rachel in Chester, Vermont. They have four adult children and five grandchildren.

I guess your critical eye missed the fact that "He lives with his wife, Rachel in Chester, Vermont." That does, however, validate you as a Springfield voter - blind to the facts!
