And the 30% surveyed were the ones using HCRS to avoid jail, commenting on the get out of jail free card?

  2. Of course the "clients" are overwhelmingly satisfied. HCRS insures those with pseudo psychotic ailments perpetually remain on disability irrespective of their potential. Given the motivation, most of those "clients" would become self sufficient, contributing members of the community. Springfield and the rest of Vermont functioned very nicely before HCRS came on the scene.

  4. I believe that they only "pull" the positive survey results and the negative surveys are disregarded. That is common practice in large organizations.

  5. Of course HCRS clients are happy. If there are billable hours from medicaid available, they will flood people with services to collect every penny possible. Maybe they should survey their own underpaid employees to determine how they feel about the company for which they work.

  6. Gee it does not make a difference with the young man that stands on the island outside Mobil?? He is on full state benefits and uses panhandling to earn his drug money!

  7. Don't even get me started on the guy in front on the Mobil!! I feel the same way like "get a job!"

  8. I wonder what percentage of staff are satisfied? My guess the lowest satisfaction woukd be anyone who is in management.
