HCRS recognizes community partners

Health Care and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS) is pleased to announce partnership awards recently presented to two of their community partners – The Department for Children & Families (DCF) and The Richards Group.

  1. They should recognize their workers that stay hush hush to the frivolous spending that HCRS does.
Holiday party catered by Black Rock at the Nolin Murray center this Friday! Be there or use vacation time.....sound familiar to employees of HCRS??

  2. HCRS has been milking the taxpayers for many years. They have treated many employees horribly while mismanaging funds. The fairly recent revelation about Judith Hayward's retirement package, and the huge loss incurred with their California project is like icing on the cake. Unfortunately they are the designated agency in this area charged with providing mental health and developmental services. The State should close them down, but they don't have anyone else to step in and provide the services.
