Correction, P&P say they are following Springfield agreement 'to the letter'

The Department of Corrections and the Office of Probation and Parole said Tuesday they were "following the letter" of the agreement with the town of Springfield that no inmate not originally from Springfield be released to the town.

    the DOC around her is a joke,the higher ups in the state,should be given their people here polygraphs and checking up on what they do while the are working
