My VSAC story: Elliot Thompson from Springfield

The Vermont Student Assistance Corp. is turning 50! Help us celebrate the power of education and training by sharing YOUR story with us.

In 1965, Governor Phil Hoff and the Vermont Legislature created VSAC to help Vermonters realize their dreams of college and career opportunities. As VSAC celebrates 50 years of educational opportunities for Vermonters, we invite you to share your stories in word, picture, or video.

Tell us about your career goals and aspirations, why you chose your school or college, how VSAC helped you along the way -- and anything else that inspired you.

• Write to us at myVSACstory@vsac.org. Please include your first name, hometown, present school, and field of study. Photos welcome!

• Upload your video. See the Discussion tab for tips. Thanks for joining in the celebration!
