Video: The Mixtape Rescue Project at VINE Farm Animal Sanctuary

The Mixtape Rescue Project is an animal enrichment effort by VINE Animal Sanctuary in Springfield, Vermont.

Donors to the project are encouraged to send their old mixtapes to Harvey, an Amazonian parrot, who was confined to a cage for ten years with little stimulation. Harvey currently shares his days with other rescued birds traveling through the many musical soundscapes provided by donors who send in their old cassette mixtapes.
