SPRINGFIELD, Vt. – The Springfield Writers Club is hosting an open reading at the Springfield Town Library on Monday, Oct. 16 from 5 to 7 p.m. Calling all writers, poets, and students – this is your chance, whether you’re young or old, published or writing for yourself. Bring your work and plan to read. The Springfield Writers Club typically meets at the library the fourth Monday of every month from 5:30 to 7 p.m. A steadfast group of local writers, they encourage and support each other with friendly criticism.
