$3,000 a month, that ain't hay! (oh yes it is)

VINE Sanctuary in Springfield cares for over 600 rescued farm animals, spending at least $3K a month on hay. Today they are participating in the statewide Vermont Gives Day online fundraiser. Every dollar donated will buy 10 pounds of hay.

VINE is the only sanctuary of its kind in Vermont. They are often the only choice in the state for abused, neglected, or otherwise endangered farmed animals.

The Vermont Gives online fundraising event is hosted by Common Good Vermont which is the only statewide organization dedicated to providing advocacy, programs and resources that support nonprofit organizational capacity building in Vermont.
