Clean Meat: A Vision of the Future

For the first time in history, watch chicken meat being served at a picnic lunch while the exact same chicken it came from is there as a guest too, not only still alive but happy and unharmed as well.

Video: In New Zealand, a new all-natural chicken meat substitute tastes so much like the real thing that stores can barely manage to keep it in stock! It's a big idea that could help slow global warming, restore animal welfare and aid in maintaining healthy hearts.

  1. Sounds like something from a horror movie. Eat it and you mutate into a chicken! Aaaaaaah!

I like this idea. Better meat without the costs of raising and processing animals, and without the inherent cruelty. It seems viable, though safety testing is barely mentioned in the links. Commercial production is yet to come. Interesting.

    1. I have to comment again, so if we grow our meat in labs, and there is no need for chickens to be raised.
Will we then put them on the protected species list and then protect chickens from being killed or shot and have penalties for killing chickens etc? Pet Chickens, then that evolves into chickens on a leash, which buildings will allow chickens in the building, as it's already getting annoying having dogs faked as service dogs just for people to take them with them, Service Chickens next.
