Edwards, 30, of Vergennes, Vermont for being in possession of a controlled substance and transportation of a regulated drug inside the Southern State Correctional Facility. Edwards is currently an inmate at Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield. He has been cited to appear in court on Dec. 4 at 8:15 a.m. to answer to the above charges.

ReplyDeletePrison reform is needed, we must change the prisons and make them a place of rehabilitation, and not a place to create new criminals.
