Opinion: Scott steers timid course

Lt. Gov. Phil Scott’s remarks on Vermont Public Radio March 21 about health care made me think of a man who thinks he has a firm grip on the helm of the ship of state and doesn’t realize that he is instead clinging to a propeller of the Titanic.
