Violation Conditions of Release

Thomas Chase
AGE: 42
Springfield Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date Officers made contact with Thomas Chase and he was alleged to be under the influence of alcohol against his court conditions. Chase was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield on $5000 bail and has since been arraigned.

Driving while License Suspended-Criminal

Charles Wolfenbarger
AGE: 25
Springfield, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officers were called to a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrain. It was reported that the operator had fled the scene on foot. After a brief investigation it was discovered that Charles Wolfenbarger was alledly operating the vehicle.

Wolfenbarger has been cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal
Court on 9-9-2014

Driving while License Suspended-Criminal

Tawnia Martel
AGE: 35
Alstead, NH

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/12/2014 at 0034, Martel was stopped on Clinton Street for a motor vehicle violation. She was subsequently arrested for allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended license. Martel was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 10/07/2014

Anthony Laskevich
AGE: 32
Springfield, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Defendant allegedly lost control of his vehicle on Summer Hill Street, struck a stone wall, and continued to his residence. A trail of leaking vehicular fluids was reportedly followed from the scene to the defendant's home. The defendant was reportedly located sitting inside his parked vehicle. The defendant was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of alcohol. The defendant was also found to allegedly be in violation of his conditions of release

Laskevich was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield in lieu of $1,000 bail and was arraigned the next day

Juvenile Male
AGE: 16
Athens, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 6, 2014 a juvenile male and a female juvenile were allegedly partying and hanging out. The subjects went to bed, and were cuddling when the female fell asleep. She awoke to the male subject allegedly having sex with her without her consent. The Juvenile has been cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 09/23/14

Nicholas S. Courchesne
AGE: 21
Orford, NH

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Courchesne was wanted for allegedly failing to appear at arraignemnt. Upon being told he was under arrest, he ran from officers and engaged in a brief struggle while being taken into custody.

Courchesne was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield on $500 bail for the warrant and an additional $1000 bail for the new charge
