Jordan Phelps named 2014 DAR Good Citizens Award nominee Nov 25, 2014 SPRINGFIELD — Each year, the Springfield High School Counseling Department nominates one graduating student for the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) Good Citizens Award. Jordan has also been involved with the school’s Climate Committee, has served as a mentor in the World of Difference Program, and was selected to participate in the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership conference.
