Judge favors ANR plan to monitor pollution

An environmental court judge has accepted the Agency of Natural Resources plan to monitor pollution at the former GoGo Gas site on Clinton Street rather than remove it, and has ordered two years of new quarterly monitoring.

    "Who's going to clean up this mess. What mess, it's just (many) gallons of oil products in the ground. Oh well, just leave it for now. Year 1954, what mess? I don't see any mess. Cover it up and forget about it. I won't be alive when this mess comes up again. Let the kids worry about it latter." Global warming, what Global warming, I don't see any Global warming, let the kids worry about it latter. Flash forward to 2050.
