WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — Two Springfield residents are accused of breaking into a concession stand and stealing a 12-pack of Mountain Dew.
Michael Crandall, 28, and Tyler Haley, 18, pleaded innocent to burglary Monday in White River Junction criminal court criminal court. hey were released on conditions.
Springfield Police Officer Daniel Deslauriers said he received a tip that Haley had been bragging about having “committed a B&E” late Friday night with this friend Crandall at the Brown’s Field concession stand beside the Riverside Middle School.
The officer said some of the stand’s green siding had been removed and its wooden hinged window was no longer secured.
Deslauriers said Haley “readily admitted to breaking into the building the night prior with Crandall and removing a 12-pack of Mountain Dew soda.”
