TOWNSHEND — Jade Twombley tossed a three hitter, struck out 10 and aided her own cause with two hits as Springfield improved to 10-5. Chelsea MacAllister and Alyssa Lucius both had three hits for the Cosmos. Jesse Stockwell doubled in pinch runner Jessica Madore for the Rebels’ lone run. Keltsey Rushton took the loss for Leland & Gray, which ends the regular season at 7-9.
